This month we took part in our first foodie pen pals parcel swap, a splendid idea that began in the US, and brought to the UK by blogger Carol Anne of this is rock salt
We received a lovely parcel from Lenna and Max who, after a few email exchanges to discuss what sort of items we might like prepared some deliciously thoughtful treats for us and a lovely card explaining why they had chosen each item
Here’s what our parcel contained…
We opened the parcel on a Saturday morning with great excitement, it was like Christmas! Many thanks to Lenna and Max for preparing such a delicious and well considered parcel full of treats for us
We also prepared a little box for Hannah from date dinners filled with some of our homemade goodies
