Make: Chocolate, Hazelnut and raspberry tart

I used this pastry recipe here and for the chocolate ganache I boiled 300ml of cream and poured it onto 300g of dark chocolate. Then I stirred it together until all the chocolate melted and combined with the cream. A little knob of butter stirred in gives ganache a lovely sheen too.
