A week of… breakfasts

B’s Breakfasts…

Monday – 7am, porridge with blueberries, cinnamon and nuts


Tuesday – 11am, New Years’ pancakes with friends

Wednesday – 6am, Back to work toast and muesli (in dull morning light!)


Thursday – 6.40am, Banana and cinnamon porridge (drizzled with honey!)


Friday – 7.30am, lazy morning with cereal, stewed apple, toast and tea (plus newspapers)


Saturday – 12.30pm – scrambled eggs and coffee in a Richmond cafe (eaten pre-photo… oops!)


Sunday – 5.45am, porridge and stewed apple in bed, providing energy for an early shift


E’s Breakfasts…

Monday- 8.30am Yoghurt with cherries and toasted flaked almonds

Tuesday- 11.45am New Years Day caramelised onion and goats cheese tart

Wednesday- 8.45am tortilla with spinach, chilli tomato sauce and an egg baked in the oven and sprinkled with parmesan
