some interesting choices here. I agree with Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Star Wars but dislike pretty much every other one that I’ve seen! Singing In The Rain is my top rainy day film, I just love it. Also Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind.

So many good films are absent from this list! It was hard to choose. Eternal sunshine was there, but was swopped last minute for The Science Of Sleep. I do like a Michel Gondry film, with the exception of Be Kind Rewind as I’m not a fan of Jack Black

I love Be Kind Rewind! But I love Jack Black, so… I mainly love it for that elegiac final sequence with the movie being projected onto the building. So beautiful.

Breakfast at Tiffanys is a top choice. I also love Lost in Translation, Under The Tuscan sun, Twilight ( Apologies ~ I love it! ), Grosse Point Blank and The Ghost and Mrs Muir.

Many films i’ve not seen here, thank you! They will all be saved for a rainy day, all except Twilight i’m afraid! Just personal taste, I’m not into it but I know many people who are :-)

That was E replying – B not-so-secretly loves the first Twilight film too… but they went dramatically downhill after that!

  3. My most recent favourite is The Cloud Atlas. Perfect for a rainy day.
